As Director, Impact and ESG at Nordic Solar, Mette oversees Nordic Solar’s expanded ESG initiatives and strategic direction. She is responsible for ensuring operations align with ESG goals, comply with EU regulations, and makes the company a leader in renewable energy. Leading a team of four, she coordinates with all departments to integrate ESG into core business practices.
