Fabio Oliveira

With 15 years of international experience in construction management and project leadership, Fábio Oliveira is the Head of Construction Project Management at Amarenco, where he leads the coordination of a Project Management Team and a dynamic portfolio of PV Power Plants in Portugal, totaling 500 MW. His expertise spans all project phases, from the RTB phase to successful commissioning, ensuring quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance at every step. Fábio also plays a key role in securing Project Finance for projects, overseeing RFQs, and supporting various financial and operational aspects to optimize project performance.

Before joining Amarenco, Fábio held key roles in different IPPs and EPC Contractors, managing and overseeing large-scale projects. He led critical processes such as RFQs, contractual negotiations with EPCs, Due Diligence, and Health and Safety compliance. His commitment to excellence goes beyond project management, with a continual focus on staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends, positioning projects for long-term success in an ever-evolving market.

Fábio holds a master’s degree in civil engineering and is passionate about driving sustainable, regenerative, and innovative projects in the renewable energy sector.
