Agnieszka Kulinska

Agnieszka Kulińska is a Partner in Clyde & Co’s Warsaw office, with a particular focus on renewable energy sources.

Agnieszka has focused on renewable energy sources since 2006. She has a broad portfolio of multinational clients specialising in the development and acquisition of wind farms, photovoltaic projects, and other renewable energy sources in Poland and the CEE region at large.

Her experience encompasses advising on investment agreements, development agreements, joint ventures, and share and asset purchase agreements for various types of renewable energy enterprises, including due diligence of projects in relation to M&A transactions and financing banks. Agnieszka also has extensive legal advisory experience in regard to construction contracts, particularly EPC contracts for projects involving renewable energy sources in Poland and the CEE region.

With a deep understanding of regulatory matters, including grid connection and energy trading, Agnieszka also provides legal advice on offtake contracts, with a particular focus on corporate PPAs.
