
Andjela Djordjević
Andjela Djordjević is a Senior Investment Manager for Berenberg’s private debt funds within the Infrastructure & Energy platform. She focuses on the origination and execution of private debt investments, providing mezzanine and unitranche financing for renewable energy, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and digital infrastructure assets across OECD countries. Thanks to the flexibility of the funds, projects can be financed at any stage of their lifecycle, including those without long-term power purchase agreements (PPAs), enabling fully merchant financing.
Passionate about infrastructure and the energy transition, Andjela is dedicated to structuring innovative and creative investment solutions that drive long-term impact. Before joining Berenberg, she worked at DWS and at Bankhaus Metzler. She holds a Master’s degree in Sustainability and Energy Management from Università Bocconi and a Bachelor of Science in Business & Economics, majoring in Finance & Accounting, from Goethe University Frankfurt.
