Horia Grigorescu

Horia Grigorescu focuses on the legal and structural issues that determine whether energy projects actually move from concept to execution. He is the Managing Partner of Grigorescu & Partners, a law firm advising investors and developers on renewable energy projects, energy transactions and regulatory matters in Romania. Before founding the firm, he served as CEO of a major state-owned company in Romania, where he led a broad organisational transformation process. He also held the position of Head of Legal at a significant energy player in Romania and previously worked in advisory at Deloitte and Ernst & Young, experiences that provide him with a strong commercial perspective on energy investments and infrastructure projects.
