João Neto

João is an Investment Director at Taaleri Energia having joined the company in early 2020. He focusses on origination, transaction execution, development and asset management across the Baltics, Nordics and Iberia. In addition, he supports the internal investor relations and fund management teams. João is based in Helsinki at Taaleri Energia’s head office.

João has almost 15 years of professional experience across private equity, with a focus on renewable energy and infrastructure, and on strategy consulting.

João completed the CFA Institute certification in 2014 and holds a double master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, in Lisbon and from Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.
