Joe Miletic

Joe Miletic is Director of Solclaris, an independent solar PV technical-commercial advisory practice. He has more than 4 GW of solar PV lifecycle exposure across UK and international utility-scale and C&I portfolios, including as Solar Lead at Foresight Group and Head of JLEN Solar at John Laing. His work spans construction close-out, acceptance, EPC and O&M interfaces, and performance recovery. He brings a practical perspective on how early design and equipment decisions later surface in procurement, construction, handover and long-term operational performance.
