Michael Birch

Michael Birch is a senior Key Account Director at GCL SI. He leads the organisation´s sales activities for the utility energy segment in the Spanish and Portuguese markets. He has over 14 years of international experience working for leading companies in the renewable energy sector. Prior to his current position at GCL SI, he worked as the Key Account for Longi Iberia for three years in Madrid.

Previous to that role, Michael worked at Sun Power for nine years in various positions, starting as a Business Development Manager and entering and beginning operations in new markets. Later, he was responsible for the company´s co-development activities in Spain and Latin America.
Michael holds a Bachelors Honors Degree in Media Studies from the University of East Anglia, UK. Michael holds a Bachelors Honors Degree in Media Studies from the University of East Anglia, UK.
