Niklas Will

In 2025 Niklas joined Vattenfall as Head of Asset Management Solar & Batteries. In this role he oversees the operational portfolio of solar and battery assets of Vattenfall. In total he has >9 years of experience in asset management of renewable assets mostly focused on solar with >5 five years in a leadership role at Encavis AG.

 Niklas holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a finance focus from Hamburg School of Business Administration. After obtaining this degree and before entering the renewables space, his first position was in auditing for 4 years. This professional basis combined with his profound interest in finance lead him to pursue the CFA Charter, which he was awarded in 2022.
