Paula Renedo

Paula Renedo is a Principal Engineering Director at Nuveen Infrastructure, where she focuses on investments in clean energy infrastructure and drives performance optimization across the portfolio. With over 17 years of progressive international experience spanning electrical engineering, sustainability, operational excellence, and asset management, Paula brings a comprehensive perspective to energy transition investments and infrastructure management.

Paula holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnical School of Madrid, an International Master in Industrial Engineering and an Executive Master’s degree in Corporate Finance and Law from ESADE Business School in Spain.

Before joining Nuveen Infrastructure, Paula directed operations and maintenance as well as technical asset management for over 1GW of renewable energy assets, where she successfully enhanced operational efficiency and maximized financial performance across portfolios in Europe and Latin America. Her expertise bridges technical engineering excellence with strategic asset optimization.
