Roy Amner is the UK Development Director for Starlight Energy, which is the development arm of the NextEnergy Group. With over 30 years of experience of infrastructure development and deployment in the UK and across Europe, he has managed businesses in the telecoms, wind, solar, and battery space. He is currently managing a 2.5GW pipeline in the UK, which has been subject to the UK Grid Reforms and NESO Gate 2 process.
