Simon Monk

Simon works across European power and commodity markets covering all forms of flexible and renewable power and transition technologies including BESS and other storage.  His team works across the standalone BESS and co-located BESS/PV sector helping customers hedge and manage their flexible assets.  Prior to working with EnBW Simon spent his career in a range of corporate, investment and finance industry roles.  Simon started his career in energy project finance and progressed onto becoming a utility and infrastructure M&A banker with UBS before focussing on the energy sector.
