João has almost 20 years’ business management experience in renewable energy and clean-tech companies across the South European and Latin American markets, with a proven track-record in origination/greenfield developments, negotiation and execution of relevant M&A business transactions.

He holds an international Executive MBA from IE BUSINESS SCHOOL in Madrid (awarded with an Outstanding Recognition Letter for community engagement, team work and leadership).

João is also passionate about music, swimming, tennis and direct contact with nature.
