Nick Forster

NTR  acquires, constructs and manages sustainable infrastructure assets. To date NTR has constructed and operated close to 3GW of wind projects and solar projects across Europe and the US. Through its Funds it manages wind, solar and energy storage projects in over 50 locations across seven European countries.

Nick has extensive experience of funding sustainable infrastructure assets. He has led on multiple transactions, delivering financing of in excess of €2bn in renewable energy and bioenergy across Europe.

As Head of Structured Finance, Nick spearheads NTR´s leverage activities and is also significantly engaged in asset acquisition in Southern Europe.

He has more than 20 years’ experience in the City of London working for various institutions including BayernLB and Creditanstalt Investment Bank. He was also employed in the UK´s Project Finance unit (Partnerships UK) working closely with HM Treasury and with DEFRA on its energy from waste programme.
