Jay Parmar

With over 30 years international legal and political experience in senior roles in the gas, water, automotive, and financial industries. Jay is chief executive of the Electrotechnical Certification Scheme and JIB representing over 175K workers in the sector who are involved from installing EV Charging Points, Solar PV, and working in the Nuclear sector helping to delivery net zero solutions.  Jay is also non-exec for a number of organisations involved in skills, building safety, and is chair of the CSCS Alliance representing 2 million skilled workers in the construction and built environment.
