Vladimir Tabutov

Vladimir is the Founder and CEO of Hec Solar. Prior to this role he co-founded and managed the Hydroenergy company and the financial management company Slice Crowd. Vladimir received a bachelor’s in business administration from the international university in Germany, Bruchsal.

He is also a member of the management board of APSTE –  the Bulgarian Association for Production, Storage and Trading of Electricity.
