Alejandro Labanda
Head of Regulation UNEF
Alejandro is the Head of Regulation at UNEF, the Spanish PV Association. He is in charge of regulatory issues defining the position of UNEF in public consultation processes. He holds an Industrial Engineer degree from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and Masters in Power System Regulation of ICAI Comillas. Previously to join UNEF he had two stages in economic consultancy firms, first in solar energy, and afterwards in energy regulation. During this stage, he participated in regulatory analysis projects for the main operators in the Spanish energy market.
