Warren has over 20 years experience in the energy sector, first as a Partner at McKinsey with a focus on energy, and subsequently as co-founder and CEO of his own renewable energy business, Vireo Energy, operating in Eastern Europe.
As COO, Warren leads Alight’s teams responsible for procurement, construction and asset management of all our solar assets, as well as sourcing and developing new solar sites.
